HOLD YOUR HORSES!!!

Woah, woah, woah! What's this? The North London Derby went to Tottenham? BRILLIANT!

This is good for us on so many levels. Why you ask? Well let me explain it to you.

1. Arsenal lost
Ok, this is probably the simplest reason for us to enjoy the Tottenham win, but hey it's awesome. We all know Arsenal are one of our main rivals, and to see them crash and burn is always a nice feeling for us. It's particularly more enjoyable when the stakes are so high for them.

2. Tottenham are back on their feet.
Tottenham were pretty mad when they lost to Sunderland in early April. When they lost to Portsmouth (yes, last in the league Portsmouth) in the FA Cup semi-final, they were pissed. And with such a massive game with Arsenal coming up, they had to do something about it. Thankfully, they managed to expel their anger on Arsenal and this will put them on a roll. Why is this good? Because their next game is against league leaders Chelsea and if their roll continues, then fingers crossed for another Spurs victory.

3. What else?
After Tottenham's Chelsea game, they play us. Hopefully they'll run out of steam after kicking ass in their past two games. It seems as though the rest of the fixture list is working out pretty damn well for us. Except for the fact that we have to shut up our noisy neighbors this weekend.

4. Wenger finally speaks the truth
It's not always you hear this man concede the truth. But when he does, it's like a fountain of gold being poured into my ears. For example, according to the BBC, he's recently admitted that Arsenal can't win the title.

"Arsenal can forget about the title"

Like I said, pure gold.

  1. I think I like reason 1 the best. Although reasons 2 and 3 are pretty fantastic and point 4 was awesome. Ever-the-optimist wenger deciding to talk down chances? Excellent.

But overall, that last picture? Exquisite.

    Good post, dude!

  3. For sure man, I can't believe I didn't mention that. I literally jumped and screamed when he scored. And that doesn't happen often when I'm not watching United. haha
