So, what do I know about him? Admittedly not a lot... but a well known fact about him is that he played for the Portuguese national team - In the homeless World Cup. Now if there ever was a rags to riches story, this would be it. Bébé was an orphan in his youth and played for Estrela de Amadora in Portugal's Third Division before being signed by Vitória de Guimarães only five weeks ago.
How did the deal happen you ask? Well, Fergie just happened to be in Portugal to support our ex-coach Carlos Queiroz in a court case and while he was there Carlos was nice enough to recommend Bébé as a potential addition to the United squad.
He's got competition from Valencia, Nani, Park, Giggs, and Obertan now, so let's see how he stacks up alongside those boys.
