Eternal Facepalm Moments: #4

So it's that time of the week again, and following on from our goosebumps moment, it is now time for us to have a look at Facepalm moment number 4.

This one comes from a game against Middlesbrough a few years back. It wasn't the most memorable game in the world, but it was one of those hard-fought ones where we're holding on to a win late on in the game. In a rare moment of opportunity, Neville gets the ball near the edge of the penalty box and passes it for Park who manages to lob it over the keeper and over the post for one of the most horrendous misses I've ever seen.

It wasn't the end of the world that he missed the goal, but it would've been nice to solidify the lead. But yes, for this shameful miss, I give Park the number four spot on my (and Sir Alex's apparently) Eternal Facepalm Moments.
